Use your company account.
User accounts should be provisioned by an authorized administrator through the secured Edge Function. Public sign-up is intentionally disabled.
Department Workspace
Access is controlled by Supabase authentication and database policies. If a table or action is unavailable, verify the SQL migration and role assignments.
Payment Requests
Requests are routed to a department manager, then Finance.

User Provisioning (Admin only)
User creation uses a Supabase Edge Function with the service-role key stored server-side. The browser must never receive that key.
The Edge Function must verify that the caller is an authorized super admin / admin / HR administrator before it creates users or assigns global roles.
